Return and Refund Policy
We strive to ensure that your experience with Ben Yehuda Press is exceptional. If, however, you encounter issues with your purchase, we have established the following Return and Refund Policy:
Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund. Please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photographic evidence of the defect within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns for New Products: For returns of new, unused products, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note the following conditions:
- The returned item must be in its original condition.
- Returns are subject to a $10 shipping and restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Clearly label the package with the provided RA number.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the $10 shipping and restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Digital products, personalized or custom-made items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
