Returns
We accept returns of new, unused books within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return, email orders@benyehudapress.com with your order number. We will provide instructions for returning the book by mail.
Returned books must be in new, resalable condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Ben Yehuda Press.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if we sent you the wrong item, please contact orders@benyehudapress.com within 30 days of delivery.
We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs. We may ask for a photograph of the damaged or incorrect item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Digital products, personalized or custom-made items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by law.
